Delivery ChargesDelivery Charges
Delivery is free when you spend over £50 excluding VAT. Orders below £50 incur a delivery charge of £5.95 for delivery the next working day.

We do NOT charge delivery for back orders.

For next working day delivery, orders must be placed before 4.30pm. Orders placed after 4.30pm on Friday will not be dispatched until the following working day.

We deliver to all of mainland UK only.

We do NOT deliver to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Wight, the Scottish Islands, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands or the Isles of Scilly.

We do not deliver to PO box addresses.

There’s an extra charge for delivering to some remote postcodes. We will tell you immediately if this applies to your order, and only go ahead with your approval.

We always need a signature for goods, so please make sure someone is in.

Help us find the right floor. Couriers are contracted to deliver to the address on the order, so please make sure you include your floor number.

Delivering furniture and safes is a heavy business. Because of this, couriers (and their backs) are insured to deliver furniture to the ground floor only.
We offer delivery of safes to the ground floor provided there is no access problem, e.g. with steps, door size, etc. Please note there may be an extra delivery charge when purchasing a safe.

Accidents are known to happen so we offer a 7 day returns policy, provided that the goods are in a resalable condition. We cannot exchange your item but we can get a collection and credit for you, then you can go online again and order what you like.

For every collection we will email you a returns number and a courier will collect it within three working days.

Your credit will be issued within seven working days when the goods are back at our warehouse, again, provided that these are in a resalable condition.

Please accept our apologies if items are missing from your order.

There can be a number of reasons why, but rest assured we will get this out to you as soon as possible, as long as it has been reported to us within three business days of delivery.

Firstly, the item might be arriving separately from your initial delivery.

Secondly, we may not have stock of this item so it will be on backorder. Please check on your email confirmation and dispatch note to see if this is stated.
